(10-22-24) Trouble accessing the PowerPoints in OneDrive? Try clearing your cookies & cache. 

To clear your cache in Google Chrome, do the following:
1. Open Chrome
2. Click the More button in the top right corner
3. Select More tools
4. Select Clear browsing data
5. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
6. Select a time range to delete
7. Click Clear browsing data

If you still can't open the PowerPoints, click on the presentation to see a blue check mark, then click download.
